By accessing or using Ailva (“the Service”), operated by Scrivly, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Ailva is a clinical intelligence platform that provides evidence-based answers with verified citations for NPI-verified US healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

Ailva is available to US healthcare professionals with a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, including MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and PharmDs. By creating an account, you represent that you hold a valid NPI.

3. Clinical Disclaimer

Ailva provides evidence-based clinical information and is intended to supplement, not replace, professional clinical judgment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare professional. Ailva does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment plans.

4. Citation Verification

Ailva verifies every citation in every response against indexed peer-reviewed literature. Citations that cannot be verified are removed before delivery. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

5. Privacy

Your use of Ailva is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Ailva does not store patient-identifiable health information. Clinical queries are not linked to individual patient records.
